Mr. Thompson is the President and a principal of W. W. Wheeler and Associates, Inc. and has 28 years of experience in water resources engineering and water rights engineering. His specialties include water supply planning for municipal, agricultural, and industrial water users, analysis of water rights, hydrology, and the design of hydraulic facilities including dams, pipelines, and municipal water supply facilities.
